A Visit to Twentieth Design

This past week I attended an event at Twentieth here in Los Angeles. It was for the release of the six meter Surface Table by Established & Sons, a UK based furniture company. I hadn’t been to the showroom in quite some time and so it was fun to have a look around - so many interesting and inspiring pieces! (We got a little exclusive back room tour too, shhhh don’t tell!)

Well, I learned the top of these tables are made from the skin of manta rays.

Another sculptural piece from the same designer as the console and chair, again made from teak and stained black. A great conversational centerpiece.
